Det sägs att den första växten av Camellia anlände till Italien, vid Kungliga palatset i Caserta, 1760, som ett löfte om kärlek från amiral Nelson till damen Emma Hamilton, den vackra äventyraren och hustrun till den brittiska ambassadören i Neapel. Denna blandning av svart te från Indien och Kina med doften av lav, citron och ingefära är tillägnad henne.

50g. löste i en förslutningsbar påse.

2,5g. till 2dl upphettat vatten i 80°, infusionstid 2/3 minuter

Passar fint till alla typer av bakelser, kakor och äppelpaj.
